Damian is a Partner, practising as part of our Dispute Resolution team with a particular focus on Insurance defence work. He is a highly skilled and experienced litigator who advises on employer’s liability, public liability, motor, defamation and medical negligence actions for both insured and non insured bodies. Damian also assists the employment law team advising state bodies in relation to a wide variety of matters.
Damian’s attention to detail and understanding of our client's objectives, allows him to tailor a litigation strategy to arrive at the best possible outcome for the client.
Prior to joining RDJ, Damian worked for one of the UK's leading litigation firms where he successfully defended high-level personal injury actions.
