Jamie Olden

As Managing Partner, Jamie is responsible for the management and strategic growth of RDJ. He chairs the firm’s Management Group and oversees client development and acquisition of new talent. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Jamie served as partner in charge of RDJ’s Dublin office.
Jamie advises on a wide range of commercial disputes representing clients before the superior Courts. He specialises in professional indemnity defence work in relation to the full range of professions including solicitors, accountants, architects and engineers, as well as restructurings, receiverships, examinerships and liquidations. With sharp cross-sectoral insights, Jamie is driven to deliver the best for all stakeholders.
Previously, Jamie was seconded to the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) (In Special Liquidation) as Interim Head of Legacy. Jamie strategically coordinated a number of cases against former executives of Anglo Irish Bank and National Irish Bank, and had an active role in a number of regulatory and criminal investigations arising from legacy issues from the financial crisis. He also consistently sharpens his expertise on the procedures of the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation, the Director of Public Prosecutions and regulatory bodies such as the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board, the Central Bank of Ireland and the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement. In addition, Jamie is an Accredited Mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and sits on the Professional Affairs Committee of the Irish Taxation Institute and the Finance Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
