Glenveagh Properties Partners with Land Development Agency to Build 69 Homes

RDJ advised Glenveagh Properties plc, one of the country’s largest homebuilders, on the sale of the entire development at Wilkinson’s Brook, Dublin 15 to the Land Development Agency (LDA).

The LDA and Glenveagh came together to build the homes at Wilkinson’s Brook in Hollystown, Dublin 15, under Project Tosaigh, the Housing For All initiative. The homes will be used for an affordable rental scheme, which will be targeted at those who do not qualify for social housing, but are struggling to afford the cost of a home themselves.

The RDJ transaction team was led by Paul McCutcheon (Head of Housing) and included Jennifer Drury-Byrne and Evan Collins.
