Housing agency Clúid buys 328-unit residential development in Tallaght

The RDJ Development Team advised Mableground, a joint venture between OBA Capital Partners and ESR Europe, across the property and construction elements of the sale of a 328-unit residential development in Tallaght, Co Dublin to Clúid Housing Association.

In what has been described as its biggest cost rental scheme to date, the agency purchased the 270,000 sq ft development at Airton Plaza for almost €160 million. The scheme of A-rated homes is spread across two main blocks and also features commercial spaces, retail units, and a creche.

The RDJ transaction team was led by Evin McCarthy (Real Estate) and included Aoife Brannigan, Cathal O’Leary (Real Estate), and Shane O’Connor (Construction).
