Innovu Group acquires Wexford Insurance

Established by Ken and Carmel Lawler in 1995, Wexford Insurances is one of the country’s leading equestrian insurance brokerages, with clients including Showjumping Ireland. It also serves the corporate and SME markets. The deal will bring gross written premiums at Innovu, which is backed by private equity fund MML Growth Capital Partners, to €40m.
