JP Gilmartin appointed new president of Galway Chamber of Commerce
RDJ Corporate Partner, JP Gilmartin has been appointed as the new president of Galway Chamber of Commerce.
RDJ Corporate Partner, JP Gilmartin has been appointed as the new president of Galway Chamber of Commerce. A Tipperary native, JP has been a corporate lawyer for more than 15 years. Based in RDJ’s Galway office, he represents a broad range of clients from scaling companies to multinational companies, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, corporate and commercial, intellectual property and corporate finance.
Speaking about his new role, Mr Gilmartin said, “I start my tenure amid a pandemic and in the prelude to a tough Brexit, so these are very challenging and difficult times for businesses and our economy. In times like this we need, more than ever, to remain positive, ambitious and focused on our objectives as a Chamber. “
