Lanthorn acquires The Fleet Hotel in Temple Bar

The RDJ Banking and Finance team advised Lanthorn on the financing of the acquisition of The Fleet Hotel in Temple Bar, Dublin.

The 104-bedroom Fleet Hotel, located in the former Bewley’s building on Westmoreland Street, has been acquired by Lanthorn on behalf of TMR Hotel Collection. The acquisition is seen as a significant move for the group which counts the Farnham Estate in Co Cavan, Dunboyne Castle in Meath, and Mount Wolseley in Carlow among his portfolio of 16 four and five-star Irish hotels.

As well as three Dublin hotels in Tallaght and Santry, Lanthorn’s hotel collection also includes the Connemara Coast in Co Galway and Harvey’s Point in Donegal.
