Murieux NutriSciences expands its footprint in Europe with acquisition of ALT

RDJ advised Murieux NutriSciences, a world leader in the field of Food Safety and Quality, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Advanced Laboratory Testing Limited ("ALT").

With the acquisition of ALT, Mérieux NutriSciences enters the Irish food safety market and consolidates its presence in Europe. Established in 2013, Advanced Laboratory Testing (ALT) is the market leader in laboratory service provision in Ireland, offering technical expertise within the fields of Food Microbiology, Environmental testing, and Food Chemistry, including allergen, residue and nutritional testing.
