OIA Global acquires Sandford Freight Limited
RDJ advised OIA Global, a world leader in supply chain management on its acquisition of Sandford Freight Limited, a Dublin-based freight forwarding and logistics provider.
OIA Global is head-quartered in Portland, Oregon, USA, where the company was founded in 1988. OIA Global offers customized contract logistics services, 4pl supply chain orchestration, innovative packaging design, raw materials management, and advanced technology solutions.
Sandford Freight is well-established in the freight forwarding and logistics service industry, delivering international freight forwarding and logistics services to a global clientele. The transaction will allow OIA Global to enter the Irish market, enhancing its reach to 27 countries with over 50 owned offices worldwide.
