Connie Wiseman is Chief Information Officer for RDJ. With more than 19 years’ experience in Information Technology Management, Connie is responsible for the firm’s information and communications strategy, platform management, infrastructure support and training, data governance, systems security, and practice support services. He oversees a team of IT professionals that is committed to operational excellence in the areas of security, service delivery, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction and client delivery.

Prior to joining RDJ, Connie was the Director of IT for RPS Group , a global consultancy firm with more than 5,000 staff in 125 countries. During his time there, he led the company’s information technology strategic planning and operational service delivery process, successfully managing global projects and developing approaches to improving technology delivery, adding value and managing risk. Connie played a key role in ISO27001 adoption and certification for RPS, changing the security culture and positioning the firm for GDPR compliance.
