RDJ advises Classic Drinks on its sale to Pallas Food

Following the acquisition, Classic Drinks will continue to be run by its current management and will operate as an independent business within Pallas.

Founded in 2004, Classic Drinks is an importer of wine from many of the world’s most celebrated vineyards and carries a portfolio of over 1,000 spirit brands. The company specialises in the on-trade and offers bespoke training to this sector. Pallas Foods is a food service provider and has been part of the Sysco Corporation, a leading global foodservice distribution company since 2009.
