RDJ advises CTM on its merger with US Multinational travel management company, FROSCH

RDJ advised Corporate Travel Management (CTM), Ireland’s leading independent travel management company, on its merger with US Multinational travel management company, FROSCH to form FROSCH CTM.

The partnership will allow existing CTM clients access to a broad global selection of travel management tools and support to augment CTM’s existing unique personal service levels. With an advanced suite of technology, including the addition of mobile applications and comprehensive passenger tracking, all clients’ duty of care obligations as an employer will be fulfilled.

Established nearly 20 years ago, CTM has offices in Cork, Clare and Westport and primarily services clients in the legal, financial, energy and tech sectors. The company provides various services such as air travel, hotel and rail bookings, travel insurance, visa assistance and event management. Frosch Travel has offices in 35 locations around the world including the UK, China, Australia, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates.

The deal was led by RDJ corporate partner Gillian Keating and assisted by solicitor Adam Griffiths.
