RDJ advises on iNua Partnership buyout
RDJ advised on the management buyout of iNua Partnership.
Congratulations to Noel Creedon who is stepping back as chief executive of iNua Partnership but continuing in the role of non-executive director on iNua PLC board and to Paul Fitzgerald and Sean O’Driscoll the incoming owners of iNua Partnership and who will take up the roles of chief executive of iNua Partnership and chief executive of iNua PLC respectively.
Founded in 2012, iNua Partnership operates the eight hotels which make up the iNua Group, namely the Muckross Park Hotel in Killarney, the Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel, the Tullamore Court Hotel, the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan and Radisson Blu Hotels in Cork, Limerick, Athlone and Sligo. The Irish hotel group has 900 hotel rooms and more than 1,200 employees. iNua Partnership also provides management services to Fairways Hotel, Dundalk.
