We’re proud to have advised Rowa Pharmaceuticals Limited on the sale of its shareholding in Rowex Limited to Sandoz AG.
Established in 1993, and formerly co-owned by Sandoz and Rowa Pharmaceutical, Rowex has a successful prescription and non-prescription business in Ireland, supplying prescription and over-the-counter products, like its Brupro ibuprofen medicine. Despite the change in ownership, both Rowex and Rowa will maintain their operational bases at Newtown in Bantry, Co. Cork.
