RDJ appoints Ronan Geary to lead the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group
RDJ has selected Partner Ronan Geary to lead the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.
RDJ’s more than 50-lawyer Dispute Resolution Group comprises Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Healthcare, Regulatory, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, Cyber Security and Incident Response, and Media practice groups
Ronan is a partner in the firm’s Cork office, where he advises on a wide range of commercial disputes. His broad experience includes tender and planning related judicial reviews, complex shareholder disputes, construction and planning disputes, commercial landlord and tenant actions and product liability matters.
Ronan takes over the position from Darryl Broderick, who has led the growth of the Dispute Resolution practice during his seven years in the role.

Ronan is recognised consistently in Legal 500 in the areas of dispute resolution and planning. He has been a CEDR accredited Mediator since 2006 and regularly acts for clients in large commercial mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
