RDJ advises CupPrint in its acquisition by Huhtamaki

RDJ advised CupPrint in its acquisition by Finnish food and drink packaging giant Huhtamaki (HUH1V:Helsinki). With the acquisition Huhtamaki improves its access to the growing market of short run custom-printed cups and boosts its on-line commercial activity.

CupPrint, based in Ennis, manufactures bespoke paper cups with a quick delivery time for small independent coffee shops as well as big brands such as Audi and Kraft Foods. The company’s annual net sales are approximately EUR 14 million and it employs over 110 people in its manufacturing unit in Ireland and sales office in Germany.
