Wisetek acquired by Iron Mountain

RDJ advised Wisetek on its acquisition by global information management services company, Iron Mountain.

Founded in 2007, Cork-based Wisetek is an IT asset disposition, secure data destruction reuse, and technology manufacturing services company.

Iron Mountain specialises in a range of services including digital transformation, data centres, secure records storage, information management and governance, asset lifecycle management, secure destruction, and art storage and logistics. The company is a global leader in information management and is trusted by more than 240,000 organisations worldwide.
