About the role:

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our team

This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working and flexibility available.

Background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent administration skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on all HR matters.
  • Identifying areas for improvement within HR technology and systems. Taking ownership for ongoing improvement of the HR processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Stay informed of and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, make informed recommendations, and improve HR effectiveness.
  • Play an active role in exciting HR initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals.
