Fionnuala is People and Culture Director at RDJ. An experienced HR partner, Fionnuala has a broad range of experience in change management and organisational design as well as process improvement and project management.
An experienced coach, she is hugely passionate about enabling everyone across the Firm to maximise their potential.
In her role, Fionnuala will work on further aligning the strategic business objectives with the people strategy, ensuring the company values are translated into the employee experience.
Prior to joining RDJ, Fionnuala worked for tech multinationals VMware and most recently Apple, with the Central Bank of Ireland. She has also worked as a Leadership & Business Coach.
