Georgina Wallace

Georgina is an Associate, practising as part of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction teams. She represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions and works with corporate bodies, individuals and property developers on the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties. She also has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants.
Georgina also advises on large-scale construction projects, in particular on building contracts, collateral agreements and design team appointments. She has extensive drafting and negotiating agreements ranging from the full suite of procurement documents to bespoke construction contracts where she is familiar with all principal forms including RIAI, FIDIC, NEC and government public works.
