Graham is a Solicitor, practising as part of our Banking and Finance team. He practices across a wide range of commercial lending transactions including real estate financing, development financing, corporate financing, and corporate inter-group lending. Graham advises domestic and international banks, alternative lenders, property developers and corporate borrowers in an advisory and transaction-based capacity.
He has experience in drafting and negotiating security documents, corporate approval documentation, and managing the condition precedent process on behalf of corporate borrowers and lenders.
