Darryl Broderick

A partner in RDJ's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, Darryl is also a member of the firm’s IP, Media, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring teams. He has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on financial services litigation, contentious media, technology and IP disputes, as well as acting for liquidators and receivers in insolvency related litigation.
Darryl is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland (formerly known as the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners) . He has advised clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes including defamation claims, breach of privacy claims, intellectual property disputes, property possession claims, summary judgment proceedings and asset transfer proceedings and in many disputes grounded in negligence and breach of contract. He has also represented client in mediations and arbitrations both in Ireland and in other EU jurisdictions.
