Hilda has also acted for liquidators, receivers and financial institutions in the defence of High Court proceedings, to include proceedings relating to alleged rights of way/wayleave over the underlying security. She has advised and acted in relation to successful applications for entry of high value proceedings, including proceedings relating to regulatory matters, into the Commercial Court List. An experienced advocate, Hilda regularly represents clients in the Circuit Court in enforcement proceedings (both in physical and remote hearings), from interlocutory motions to ultimately moving applications for final Orders. She has also acted for corporate landlords in relation to enforcement proceedings for rent arrears of commercial lease agreements.

Hilda also practised as an Australian lawyer in Melbourne, Victoria for approximately four years, advising a broad spectrum of clients, predominantly creditors, across all States and Territories in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insolvency (personal and corporate) and Debt Recovery. During her time in Australia, Hilda frequently represented clients at mediation, resulting in prompt, commercial and favourable resolutions of disputes.
