Margaret is a Partner, practising as part of our Real Estate team. She advises on all aspects of property law with a particular emphasis on the development, sale and purchase of commercial property projects throughout the country. Margaret is also recognised as one of the country’s leading lawyers in the commercial letting area. Her experience in this field includes work on the development, sale and purchase of commercial property projects throughout the country as well as advice to vendors, purchasers, developers, landlords and tenants of commercial property (investment and development), large and small.
Margaret has acted for developers and tenants in numerous office and retail developments across the country including Liffey Valley shopping Centre, Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Mahon Retail Park, Opera Lane and Half Moon Street, The Capitol, 85 South Mall, Cork and is currently acting in the letting of Navigation Square and Penrose Dock, Cork.
She has advised on many hotel transactions including Fota Island Resort, Castlemartyr, Tulfarris, The Anner, The McWilliam and The Connemara Coast Hotel. Margaret recently acted in the acquisition of the Webworks building on behalf of a German fund.
