A partner in RDJ's Real Estate Group, John advises clients on all aspects of acquisitions and sales of commercial properties. With over 30 years experience, he offers a deep understanding of the issues that arise in complex property transactions across a range of areas including the office, retail and hotel sectors.
John has extensive transaction management experience having headed up the legal teams in a number of large scale loan sale transactions and other legal projects including property portfolio sales and purchases.
John was Managing Partner of RDJ for eleven years from 2001 to 2012 and led the firm's Real Estate Group from 2012 to 2023.
