Leanne is a solicitor, practicing as part of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department. She has experience across all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general commercial matters.
Leanne acts for a wide range of clients on corporate transactions on both a national and international scale and assists in advisory work for clients focusing on challenges faced by organisations, including commercial matters and compliance.
Prior to joining RDJ, Leanne previously gained experience in the motor and pharmaceutical industries, bringing a practical perspective to her work.
