Marie Gavin

Marie is a Partner, practising as part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. She has extensive experience advising corporate and institutional clients on corporate transactions and company law.
On the transaction side, Marie has advised companies and both private and venture capital investors on investment projects and equity fundraising. She has extensive experience in advising the research performing community on collaborative research generally to include advices on appropriate contractual frameworks for the establishment of research centres and advices on multi-lateral collaborative research projects taking into account state aid considerations and funding party requirements.
Marie also regularly advices industry parties on knowledge transfer transactions to include IP licensing arrangements, patent assignments and participation in research consortia generally.
