Steven is a Solicitor, practising in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team with expertise in handling commercial disputes. He provides advice to clients on a variety of contentious matters, including professional indemnity, insolvency, judicial review, shareholder disputes, and construction-related conflicts.
Having trained with RDJ, Steven has substantial experience across all levels of litigious matters including those of the District and Circuit Court, the High Court (including the Commercial Court) and Court of Appeal. Steven also has in depth knowledge of alternative dispute resolution focussing on mediation.
