Tadhg is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team and has experience in advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters.
He has acted for clients on a wide range of transactions involving corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements.
Prior to joining RDJ, Tadhg worked with the Courts Service of Ireland.
