Tom is a Partner, practising as part of the firm’s Banking and Finance team, specialising in Banking, Real Estate and Company law. He has a strong reputation in the market for his knowledge of Banking and Company law and is highly experienced across a number of different transaction types including tax based and commercial lending structures.
Tom advises all of the major Irish Banks, in addition to providing advice to corporate and developer clients in connection with their borrowing and financial requirements.
Tom has lectured extensively on company and banking law matters and has over 35 years experience of advising Banks and Financial Institutions on the taking of security for loan facilities of various kinds.
