Recent transaction highlights include:
- Advising Glenveagh Properties plc on:
- the sale of the entire development at Wilkinson’s Brook, Dublin 15 to the Land Development Agency.
- the disposal of 850 state subsidised homes at Oscar Traynor Wood in Coolock, Dublin.
- the sale of over 350 units to AHBs in 2023.
- Advising Oaklee Housing AHB on the acquisition of multiple bulk acquisitions of social and cost rental units (turnkey and forward-fund structures).
- Advising AHBs in the financing of bulk acquisitions by the Housing Finance Agency and Capital Advance Leasing Facility funding.
- Advising Marlet Property Group on the disposal of the entire development at Oatlands Manor, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin.
- Advising Beakonshaw Group on the disposal of a number of turnkey developments to Local Authorities in both Dublin City and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown.
- Advising Local Authorities on number of projects in respect of Social, Affordable and Cost Rental Housing Schemes.
- Advising KPH Limited on a number of projects concerning development and sale of housing to various AHBs
- Advising Trean Meadow Limited on a Forward Fund for over 100 units of social housing in Ballybritt, Galway to Respond AHB.
- Advising AIB Bank in relation to development finance underwritten by forward purchase agreements with Approved Housing Bodies (“AHB”s) across a number of developments with capacity to deliver in excess of 500 homes.
- Also advising Bank of Ireland in relation to development finance underwritten by forward purchase agreements with Local Authorities in the delivery of over 60 social and affordable homes in County Galway.
- Advising InfraRed Capital Advisors in relation to the social leasing of 191 Units to Tuath Housing AHB at Northern Cross, Malahide, Dublin.
- Advising Arena Housing Bond on the acquisition a portfolio of social housing units and the subsequent letting of same to AHBs.
