Advising Fattal Hotel Group on the development finance for construction of 175 bed hotel development at Portabello, Dublin 6.
Advising Marlet Property Group on the real estate elements of its €270m development finance for mixed use development at College Square, Dublin 2.
Advising a private hospital group on its entry into syndicated banking facilities to fund development of the group’s facilities and acquisition of a new hospital.
